• Scope Modular

couse image"Scope Modular - The Basics" takes the students on a journey of sounds fashion and history, teaching the basics of synthesis through the scope modular system. On this course classic synthesizers will be studied dissected and reassembled in a modular environment for a full understanding of their inner workings, and an intimate understanding of synthesis methods.

This course will be focusing on Subtractive synthesis , FM synthesis, Additive synthesis and simple Hybrid synthesis.

After each lesson the students will be given homework, because synthesis needs practice (after that its like riding a bike). By the end of this course students should be fluent with modular, and comfortable with all subtractive/fm synthesizers.
